Olaf
From Peanuts Wiki
Olaf (first called Ugly Olaf), a brother of Snoopy, had his first appearance on January 24, 1989, but was first mentioned January 16 of that year as a candidate for an "ugly dog contest." He is recognized by his seemingly overweight gorm. Him and his brother, Andy, often get lost looking for Spike's home. Once, they even went right past Spike's house without knowing it. According to "50 years of Happiness - a tribute to Charles M Schulz" by Derrick Bang, Charlie Brown finds a photo of Olaf in a photo album. He was easilly recognised by his size and looks. Olaf is cited as saying that he used to belong to a family whose licence plate of a Mercury Marquis Colony Park sadly read "our other dog is a golden retriever". Olaf's favourite book is Joe Bunny which his mother used to read to him. He also made an appearance in a flash back in the movie, " I Want a Dog for Christmas, Charlie Brown."
